Join us for Prepstock, the ultimate gathering of preppers, homesteaders, and survivalists! Learn from real preppers, ask questions, and meet like minded people.

Prepstock is a chance to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from experts in the field of preparedness, survival, and homesteading. Join us for a weekend of knowledge-sharing and fun!

Facilities

Our event will take place in a beautiful outdoor setting, perfect for learning and networking. We'll have a variety of facilities available, including camping areas, trails and of course, modern restrooms with running water. Some of it hot.

Activities

At Prepstock, you'll have the opportunity to attend lectures and workshops on a variety of topics related to preparedness. You'll also have the chance to meet with people who specialize in the products you use to stay prepared.

Arrival & Departure

Arrive on Friday afternoon and settle in to your accommodations. The event will officially kick off on Saturday morning, with a full day of lectures, demonstrations and workshops.. Departure will be on Monday (Columbus Day).

Food

  • Early Bird Tickets will receive a two day breakfast voucher for each ticket worth $5.

    • 1 Egg, 1 Meat, 1 Piece of  Toast, 1 Pancake, 1 Cup of Coffee. 

  • There will be a Pot-Luck Dinner (Tentative)

  • This is a "prepper" gathering and you are camping so prepare accordingly by bringing food for you and your family.​

What is Prepstock?

Prepstock is a gathering of preppers, homesteaders, and survivalists, where attendees can learn from experts in the field and meet with people versed in the products you need to be prepared.

What are the accommodations like?

Camping... So be prepared to camp. Navigate to the Camping Tab and make your reservation there. There are also local hotels in the area. Here ya go!

Do I need to be an expert to attend?

No! Prepstock is open to anyone with an interest in preparedness, survival, or homesteading. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from real preppers and connect with like-minded individuals.

What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.

How many lectures/workshops will there be?

We'll have a variety of lectures and workshops throughout the weekend, covering topics such as food preservation, first-aid, communications, planning, and more. We have a tentative list of speakers and demonstrations posted here.

Guns and Fireworks?

Firearms and other weapons are prohibited, except that those with a proper permit may possess a concealed handgun in permitted areas and under the requirements of North Carolina G.S. 14-415.11. 

All firearms and weapons are prohibited in state park visitor centers and park offices.

Fireworks, cap pistols, air guns, bows and arrows, slingshots, and lethal projectiles or missiles of any kind are prohibited on all properties managed by the N.C. Division of Parks and Recreation.

If you are traveling from out of state, confirm your state has reciprocity with North Carolina. 

Exception: Federal law (36 C.F.R. § 327.13) prohibits all loaded firearms or ammunition on those lands and waters at Falls Lake, Jordan Lake, and Kerr Lake state recreation areas managed by the state parks system and owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
